Sales are a crucial element in the survival and growth of any organisation or individual. Even if the word sales is not to your liking, the income element is a key factor. In order to improve, you need to know where you are now. So it starts with STAR (Sales Training Assessment Review). It is a normed online assessment (the results are not right or wrong but compared with norms for different industries, territories and countries) and STAR puts you in sales situations and asks for your reaction. After the results are compared with other sales peoples answers, a report is produced showing strengths weaknesses and lots of tips for improvement.

The next stage is that I go through it with you so that a customised action plan for improvement is created based on these results. I agree with Antony Robins, unless it is measurable it is not worth doing. I may use coaching, training or mentoring but I always works on real live issues. Results recorded show astounding results of people increasing their sales by 2, 3, 4 -and in one case 30 times and as well as their sales, their sales margins too.

I have been referred to as a professional, likeable and stimulating person to work for and with. My communication skills make me ideal for this role as sales is very much a people skill.
