Prior to establishing Sandler Training in Leeds, Rick spent 35 years in front line sales as a sales professional, sales leader and as the founder and MD of a cyber security, managed service provider. He has managed territories and sales teams around Europe for both large global technology companies including Cisco and HP as well as hyper growth start up businesses.
As the Managing Partner of Sandler Training Rick works with ambitious business owners and sales leaders to help develop world class sales operations and sales leadership within diverse businesses of all sizes and across multiple regions and sectors.
